SHIPPING POLICY

General
Flipside Gaming generally ships orders next business day, excluding national holidays and pre-order items. (Please note: This timeframe is an estimate and may increase to 1-3 business days depending on order volume, ect) If your order has not been fulfilled within 3 business days, please contact us via our Online Support Form with your order number.
We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order.
We only ship select items internationally. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we suspect your order is being shipped to a reshipper or mail forwarding service. If your order is shipped to a shipped forwarding service, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damages during shipping or delivery.
Buyers will receive an automatically generated order confirmation email upon a successful order, and a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which will include tracking information if the selected shipping service includes it.
Buyers are responsible for submitting accurate address information. If you believe you have submitted incorrect address information, please contact us ASAP via our Online Support Form with the corrected address. We cannot change a shipping address to a different state address. If you are unable to pick up your package from the submitted address, please contact us for an order cancellation.
Pre-Orders
Flipside Gaming generally ships pre-orders 1-3 business days before their release date. We cannot ship your order before this timeframe, or ship your order so its expected delivery date is before the scheduled release date. Exceptions to this rule are:

--Some Japanese products ship the following week of their release date
All Pre-Order products are subject to delays on the manufacturer or distributor level. If your pre-order is delayed, we will send you an email as soon as we are made aware. If you do not have an email registered to your order, you will not be notified of any potential delays.
Shipping - Domestic
We offer a number of shipping options depending on your location and order size. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the chosen currier system and are not a guarantee. If you suspect an issue with your orders shipment, or if your order has not arrived within 15 days after shipment to the continental US, please contact us immediately for assistance. If your shipping address falls outside the continental US and standard shipping was selected, please allow for 30 days before contacting us for assistance.
Due to 30-60 day shipping delays, Flipside Gaming will no longer be shipping to Guam.
Shipping Options Include:
“Free TCG Singles Shipping”

--This option is for TCG Singles only. Please Note: This option usually results in your order being sent in a plain white envelope without tracking.
“Priority Mail” & “Priority Mail Express”

--Orders will be shipped using that shipping method, rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.
“Free Shipping on Orders over $100”, “USPS Ground Advantage (1-5 days)” & “Standard Shipping”

--These orders will be sent using a tracked shipping method at the discretion of Flipside Gaming, depending on the specifics of the order contents.

--Shipments to outside the Continental US may take 1-4 weeks to reach their destination, depending on volume and location.

--Shipments to Hawaii may see longer delays (1-5 weeks) outside of the island of Oahu due to the transportation methods required to reach the neighboring islands.
Shipping - International
Only select items are available for international shipping.
Buyers are responsible for paying any Customs, Duties, Fees, or Import Taxes associated with your shipment. Please check your local customs office for more information on your country's customs regulations & any associated costs.
Flipside Gaming will provide full and accurate customs information and will assess product value to be the purchase price and declare it as such, in accordance with US law.
Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout and based on the specific shipping service requested and destination. Depending on the destination country postal system, tracking information may be unavailable once your package leaves the possession of the USPS.
Shipping - Digital Goods (Pokemon TCG Online Codes)
Pokemon Codes are sent via email on the Next Business Day, please ensure the email address submitted with your order is current and valid.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If you suspect your package has been lost during shipping, or if your order has not arrived within 15 days after shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance.
If your package cannot be located but is marked as “Delivered” by the chosen courier system, we ask that you check any abnormal places the package may have been left by carriers (such as side doors or a front desk), as well as checking with any members of your household and/or neighbors. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us via our Online Support Form for assistance. Flipside Gaming is not responsible for any packages marked as delivered by the chosen courier system. The buyer is responsible for ensuring a safe delivery location is requested and we will not refund or replace any orders that cannot be located after delivery takes place.
