The wait is finally over. This morning, spoiler season for Magic's Masters 25 officially kicked off.

In honor of Magic: The Gathering's 25th anniversary, Masters 25 features reprints of classic cards from throughout the game's history. A few weeks ago, we got a sneak peek at both Azusa, Lost but Seeking and Jace, the Mind Sculptor. And due to the latter's recent unbanning in Modern, anticipation for Masters 25 started high.

Of course, those first two cards were just the beginning. Players have been eagerly awaiting a glimpse at the rest of the set. The initial spoilers have certainly delivered.

Today's most exciting reprint is likely Chalice of the Void, a powerful artifact played in Modern, Legacy, and Vintage. Chalice is notorious for its ability to shut down entire archetypes, especially those that play many spells of equivalent converted mana costs. Chalice is currently worth about $76 in paper and 26 tickets online, so expect that price to decline.

But in terms of cold hard cash, the real winner of the day is Imperial Recruiter. It carries a price tag of over $200, in large part due to its lone appearance in Portal Three Kingdoms. The set was never sold in North America, so its cards are extremely valuable as a result. Imperial Recruiter is played in Vintage, Legacy, Cube, and, to a lesser extent, Commander.

Other cards confirmed today include Akroma, Angel of Fury, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Pillage, and Balduvian Horde. Each card bears a watermark of the set in which in originally appeared, which adds to the nostalgia theme of the set.

Masters 25 spoiler season is certainly off to a promising start. Make sure to preorder your Masters 25 products before they sell out!
